how was your labor day?

yay for no-work holidays! nothing makes me happier than these! we kept ourselves busy by playing with friends, going to church, having bbq's, playing football, shopping, playing tennis and then some...

don't know it til' you try it! you know you want to!
i wanted to walk in the other room and scare jeff, but it was much harder than anticipated, so i simply had to whisper yell to him {june was asleep}. i was probably waiting for 5 minutes until he actually heard me!

on an entirely separate note: june rolled over.

yep.

and not just a weird flooky roll-over, but a real roll over, that didn't even involve frustrated crying.

she was working on her tummy time on her play mat, while i was chatting with her. then i ran into the other room to grab my phone and came back and what the heck june was on her back! i was SO upset that i missed it and called jeff and my mom to tell them what happened.

after i got off the phone and stopped being mad about missing it, i decided to see if she'd do it again. 

so i out her on her tummy, and BAM before i could even get my phone out to record it, she rolled over! so i put her back on her tummy to see if she would do it again and YES, she did!

and then she was done. and hasn't done it since!

oh and june was ASLEEP by 9:15 tonight, every day gets earlier and earlier! yahoo! 

here we come 8:00!
