bike rides

lately we have been bicycling a lot. we need to be all ready for our century coming up. eek- scared. wish us luck! we went on a bike ride the other day in park city and i was DYING. i told my parents after that it felt like someone had punched my leg over and over again and it was ll just bruised everywhere.

and then we biked up emigration canyon and it was actually way fun. i got my mountain legs on, and as i passed jeff i told him that my legs were on ecstasy, and i really did refer to myself as a mountain lion multiple times. don't ask jeff about me beating him, it hurts his feelings.
don't you like jeff's italia chest hair cause i do! mmmmmmmmm yummy!
